Recruitment Consultant – 25 Hours Per Week

We specialise in working with growing businesses, helping our clients achieve their business goals by sourcing the very best people to add value to their businesses. We do this by selecting both clients and candidates carefully, ensuring that we are only working with companies who really value the transformation we can help them make in their teams.

As our own team grows, we are looking to recruit another Experienced Recruitment Consultant to work on a part time basis Monday to Friday. The role is a 25 hour a week role and will pay £10 per hour with commission payable on achievement of target.

Our consultants work from home which offers you great flexibility as well as excellent earning potential.

The role is a “360” Recruiter role where as well as sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates for team jobs taken by the Business,  you will also be developing your own clients, taking on jobs, visiting clients and sourcing candidates for those jobs.

The commission is generous with 25% of placement value paid on jobs you source and fill yourself.

We use all the latest technology working from a sophisticated recruitment database, at least 4 national job boards have a recognised social media presence and an excellent reputation.

It is a targeted role, where you will be working in an ethical recruitment business, using your sales skills and your recruitment experience, working to the highest possible standards with companies and candidates who value what we do.

The right candidates for this Part Time Recruitment Consultant role will be:

  • Experienced recruitment consultants
  • Good at business communication including writing emails, candidate profiles and proof reading.
  • Articulate, well spoken and able to communicate well at all levels
  • Be passionate about recruitment and finding ways of doing it better
  • Be experienced and confident recruitment sales people
  • Be driven, focussed, organised and personally accountable.
