My client is a recruitment business with branches in Oxford, surrounding counties and Wales.

They are growing and as they grow they are working with us here at Better People Ltd to source a new recruitment administrator to work with their Office Manager on payroll and candidate administration.

Candidates need to have a flexible helpful attitude with a desire to learn as full training will be given. You need to be the kind of person who is happy working on lots of different things at the same time as there will be lots to chase and follow up and lots of deadlines to meet.

The role will include

  • Processing payroll and timesheets for temps
  • Detail focussed data entry
  • Chasing up references on the phone and on email
  • Processing reference requests
  • Speaking to candidates and clients both on the phone and face to face
  • Answering the phone and general ad hoc team support.

The team are professional hardworking and friendly. They offer internal promotion, company bonus and a supportive work environment. Their offices are close to  shops, a  short bus ride from the railway station and there is free parking.
